Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager, you will be required to provide the best in sales training, create an exceptional buying and ownership experience for our guests, consistently achieve targeted performance goals, and provide a professional, but fun working environment for the salespeople and your management peers. Specific duties for the Automotive Sales Manager include: Must be willing, and understand the need to, engage customers early in the sales process Must be committed to high CSI standards and be willing to provide the necessary training to achieve this goal Must have a complete commitment to CRM usage and understand the need for customer follow up and tracking in today's retail automotive industry Must be committed to creating an environment of unsurpassed customer experience. Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities Establish sales quotas, and goals for the sales team Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting Report on team and individual performance Develop and execute innovative sales strategies Build and form new partnerships with potential clients Communicates management policies and procedures to all employees and ensures proper communication Enforce management policies and procedures to all employees and ensures that they are understood and followed Job Requirements As an Automotive Sales Manager, you must have an engaging and high-energy personality and the ability to build rapport with management and employees. You must also have a strong work ethic, work well as part of a team and take pride in the work you do.
