We're moving into the winter months, which means that it's time to start preparing for cold weather driving. Unexpected snow, ice, and cold temperatures can wreak havoc on travel plans, and finding yourself stranded in a blizzard can be a really scary situation.

Once again, Rafferty Subaru participated in the Driving Away the Cold event organized by Auto Dealers CARing for Kids. This is not the first time Rafferty has participated in this wonderful event, which seeks to help donate warm winter coats to those in need in our community.

As residents of PA, we all depend on the PA Turnpike. Running 360 miles (580 km) across the state, the PA Turnpike is a toll road with 37 exchanges on I-76/I-276 alone and 17 service plazas that we depend upon for road trips and our daily work commutes. 

The PA turnpike is a very historical road, officially in service on October 1, 1940.
