-Socially distanced private vehicle discussion areas with glass between client and salesperson

-Showroom is cleaned and disinfected every night

As health officials in Pennsylvania and around the globe work tirelessly to slow the velocity of this virus, I wanted to share with you some of the steps Rafferty Subaru is taking to ensure that staff and visitors at our store remain safe during operation.
Our Sales Department is Open for Online Car Buying!
From trade-in value to financing, the entire car buying process can be done online at Rafferty Subaru. We've outlined the entire online car buying process here
Developed a non-contact drop off/pick up process.
- Utilize our nighttime drop box so you never need to come in the store
- Our Advisors will Call/Text/Email with Updates Along the Way
- Pay your bill over the phone
- Your car will be outside locked, sanitized and awaiting your pickup without ever stepping foot in the building.
Loaner vehicles are available.
- We do require a signature for these, but of course, we are abiding by all CDC requirements and suggestions.
Posted relevant signage throughout the store which provides information about COVID-19, and critical ways to avoid being exposed to it.
Increased the number of hand sanitizer stations throughout the store, and relentlessly encouraging members of our team to wash their hands throughout the day.
Purchased additional cleaning supplies whereby every member of the Rafferty Subaru team can assist in cleaning and sanitizing high-contact areas throughout the day.
Instructed our janitorial team to ensure that cleaning and sanitizing all high-contact areas, such as door handles, desktops, railings, doorknobs, etc., on a nightly basis.
Instructed all employees who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 to visit a doctor immediately and will be compensated for any time missed due to this pandemic.
Any employee uncomfortable with coming to work at this time has been instructed to stay home without consequence.

This is just a brief overview of what we're doing to combat the spread of COVID-19 in our community, and we continue to work daily to identify new ways to grow and strengthen our response efforts. Simply put, you can rest assured knowing that my team and I are approaching this situation diligently and proactively with an abundance of caution, and out of an abundance of care.
Finally, I'd like to offer one parting thought: I know that the uncertainty associated with the spread of COVID-19 is cause for great concern. However, I ask everyone, my team and customers alike, to face this unique challenge with great poise and courage. Let us stand united to combat this outbreak and come through this stronger than before!
